  • We’ll taste Assyrtiko, a bone-dry, saline white from the island of Santorini.

  • A rich aromatic Moschofilero blend from the Peloponnese.

  • Aghiorghitiko, or more simply “Saint-George”, which mimics a silky pinot with wild berry fruit

  • Xinomavro, or “Black Acid”, a wine the reminds money the Nebbiolo grape of Barolo and Barbaresco fame.

Bottled-in-Bond Day; February 3rd 5:00-6:00

This week we are switching up our wine tastings to a whiskey tasting. We will be welcoming Colonel E.H. Taylor for samplings of their family of whiskey!

What does Bottle-in-Bonded mean?

Bottle-in-Bond is a label for American made distilled beverage that has been aged and bottled according to a set of regulations laid out in the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897.

Come grab a bite to eat, eat a cocktail, learn more about what it takes to be certified as Bottle-in-Bond and enjoy some great American Whiskey.
