A dry Cava made from a family estate just outside of Barcelona. The history of Vendrell Olivella goes back centuries and today they make Cava that spends extraordinary time aging on the lees (36 mos.) Farmed organically and made from hand-harvested fruit. This estate has unique characteristics to make long aging cavas due to its terroirs with high calcareous component, its orientation and its old vines, over 60 years, that provide high quality grapes with low yields.
